Support for the Elderly

Support for the Elderly

In the quiet corners of our communities, many elderly people live in deep need — alone, forgotten, and often without the basics to live with dignity. They’ve spent their lives giving, yet now face their final years without support, health care, or even a warm meal.

No one should grow old alone or invisible.

At Malaika, we step in with compassion to honor and care for our elders — providing food, health services, emotional support, and dignity. Because every life matters, especially in its most vulnerable season.

How We Support the Elderly

Growing old should be a time of peace, not poverty. Through essential services and meaningful connection, we restore dignity and hope to Uganda’s most vulnerable seniors.

We provide monthly food bundles — including maize flour, beans, rice, and cooking oil — to ensure elders don’t go hungry.
